It’s a short-term loan used when you need to buy a property and immediately resell it — usually within the same day.
This is called a “double closing.” You’re buying from the seller and then turning around and selling to your end buyer right away.

Do I need to use my own money at closing?
No. You bring $0 to closing. We fund 100% of your purchase price, and our fee is paid from the proceeds at closing — not from your wallet.
